Naruto is in a critical state, his heart beat is deteriorating quickly, Sakura is running terribly low on chakra, thus her healing jutsu is weakening. Sasuke was stabbed in the heart and now lies bleeding to death. practically every living shinobi on the battlefield is running out of chakra and the only truly active edo tensei on the alliances side is Hiruzen sarutobi. then there was that little message on the final page saying "the heartbeat stops, their will burns out" I fear my childhood favorite series is gonna end badly
on top of the chapter, last year Kishimoto announced that he is planning to end the series this year and can't figure out a way to have the alliance defeat Madara because of how powerful kishi made him. at first i didn't want to believe the whole "inability to plan madara's defeat" thing, but it's quickly being proven to be truth
Imagine growing up with the series, especially for someone like me who's been in the hospital most of his life. it's not just a childhood series. but it was one of those things that helped cope with the immense amount of pain i was always in. so seeing such things doesn't actually sit well with me.
well, I'm not so sure, it wouldn't be the first series to take a turn for the worst and keep going downhill. i've seen plenty that have protagonists who had their dreams crushed by death despite their constant promises of "Not gonna die until I (insert Goal here)"
some people may call me pessimistic, but I'm not going to be overly optimistic thinking of impossible notions that have no chance of happening. realistic analysis isn't always "sunshine and roses" the Overly-optimistic tend to be the ones to take disappointment harder than others. sometimes, you just gotta expect the worst-case scenario, and from my experience, expecting the worst-case scenario then seeing a dramatic turn for the better tends to heal the pain of past chapters. but as a devout reader of the series, I'll stick to it till the end
Media such as pastel, ink, watercolor, etc. It's the tool you use.
Oh okay! X) My mistake. I thought it was digital, but your category was traditional media so I wasn't sure. But I see it was just an honest mistake Still, I very much like it! I suck at digital art, so I was like, WHOA! I gotta know how to do this! But then, yeah. XD Sorry about that!
